Office pricing

Work For Coffee does not set one universal membership price. The office host sets the monthly amount for that office, and members can review the amount associated with their membership before payment.

Cancelling recurring payments

For an existing payment plan, sign in and select Cancel automatic payments on your membership page or the Support page. Confirm cancellation before the next billing date. Future renewals stop at the end of the current billing period. Previous payments and invoices already issued are not automatically reversed. Your Club Pot credit is preserved.

Refund requests

Club Pot balances are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate or erroneous charges and failed or cancelled purchases may be submitted through Support for review of the applicable correction and any legally required remedy. Cancelling a WFC Store order before shipment restores the credit used for that order to the same office’s Club Pot; it does not send money to a member or host. Any required payment refund uses the original payment method and preserves the accounting history.

Office purchases

Hosts and authorized co-hosts use Club Pot only for eligible WFC Store goods and services. They can cancel an order from the store while its status is placed or packing. The full order credit is restored once, including the order’s shipping and tax amounts. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled through this control. For a damaged, missing or incorrect delivery, contact Support with the order reference for review and resolution. Authorized hosts and co-hosts can review detailed order and delivery history. A cancelled membership does not give a member a personal share of office credit or a right to withdraw it.

Payment availability

Live online contributions are accepted for eligible offices. Store checkout depends on warehouse opening, stock, delivery coverage, sufficient verified credit and office purchasing permissions. Club Pot is WFC Store Credit, not a bank account, and cannot be transferred between users or offices or redeemed for cash except where applicable law requires it.
